Katherine is a PhD student in Population Health Sciences concentrating in infectious disease epidemiology. Her research interests are in transmission dynamics and its human and pathogen determinants, and their interactions. Prior to coming to CCDD, she was trained in epidemiology in Hong Kong and in the United Kingdom, and worked as a research assistant in Imperial College London on model-based HIV incidence estimation.
