Travel Information
For non-local participants, we are able to support roundtrip airfare to Boston and/or ground transportation, and two nights of lodging at the conference hotel.
Airfare
Participants must book airfare directly with Travel Leaders, by Friday, June 3, 2022. Do not book your own travel. Travel Leaders is a third party travel agency supporting this conference. A representative of Travel Leaders will contact you directly at the email address you provide in your conference registration form.
Ground transportation
Participants not traveling via air and living within driving distance to Boston, may be reimbursed for the use of a personal car at the government mileage rate. On-site parking at Sheraton Commander Hotel during the conference is also reimbursable.
Non-local participants traveling via air are eligible for reimbursement for ground transportation to and from the airport. Itemized receipts are required for reimbursement.
Lodging
Participants must reserve hotel lodging directly through the conference venue, the Sheraton Commander Hotel in Cambridge, Mass., by Friday, May 27, 2022. Participants are eligible for lodging on the nights of June 28 and June 29, 2022. (Limited exceptions apply for participants traveling great distances, ie. international.) Participants will not be charged room fees or tax, but a credit card is required for room reservation and will be held on file in the event that incidental charges are incurred.
