(Former Bio) Derek MacFadden was a Doctoral Student in the Hanage Lab and graduated in 2019. Derek’s research interests include evaluating new diagnostic approaches for bacterial and viral infections in community and hospital settings, as well as epidemiological factors related to transmission of antimicrobial resistance.
