Flavia Camponovo

(Former Bio) Flavia Camponovo was a postdoctoral research fellow working under the mentorship of Prof. Caroline Buckee in the Department of Epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her work at CCDD focused on population dynamics of Malaria. Prior to this postdoc position, Flavia received a Master in Science of Bioengineering in the Swiss Federal Institute of Technologies (EPFL), and a PhD in Epidemiology at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, in the Infectious Disease Modelling group. Over the course of her PhD, she used mathematical modelling and statistical analysis to assess and understand human targeted malaria interventions.
